Kerr Avenue business wins $3.5M from DOT

State ban restricts poultry exhibit at Cape Fear Fair & Expo

Part of Wilmington International Airport will turn into a "Fair Port" Friday as the Cape Fear Fair and Expo opens up. But, for the first time in years, there will not be any live poultry exhibits, because of the possibility of the avian flu.
