Looking ahead to 2016

Voters will elect a new President, and they’ll decide whether the state’s Governor and U.S. Senator should be re-elected. The expanded film grant will bring a new television series to Wilmington. Mayor Bill Saffo expects crews to break ground on a hotel next to Wilmington’s Convention Center, while a dredging project will help the port prepare for larger cargo ships.
