Tax season sign wavers in full swing despite bitter cold temps

It’s not easy to be outside today even for a few minutes, let alone several hours. But the cold didn’t stop some workers from braving the outdoors. If you’re driving down Carolina Beach Road, you may come across Patrice Myers. She’s a sign waver for Liberty Tax in Wilmington.
