Dead whale at Wrightsville only spelled ‘Trouble’

On April 5, 1928, a 54-foot, 55-ton juvenile sperm whale turned up in front of M.M. Riley’s beachfront cottage at Wrightsville Beach.

North Charleston Coliseum to host CAA Men’s Basketball Championship

The Colonial Athletic Association has reached an Agreement with the Charleston Area Sports Commission, North Charleston Coliseum and the College of Charleston to conduct the 2017, 2018 and 2019 CAA Men’s Basketball Championships at the Coliseum.
