Former town employee sues after town manager photographs his backside

The Town of Chadbourn is being sued, accused of retaliation when they fired an employee for filing a discrimination complaint against the town. That employee has demanded a jury trial, and is seeking back pay, attorneys’ fees, and compensatory damages.
