Police: New witness comes forward in Allison Jackson Foy murder

A Wilmington detective said a witness has come forward in the murder case of Allison Jackson Foy. Allison was last seen July 29, 2006 at a bar on Carolina Beach Road. Her remains were discovered in a wooded area about three miles away in 2008. No one has been charged with her murder.
