Woman desperate to find stolen wedding rings

A Wilmington woman is heartbroken after she said she dropped her wedding rings in a parking lot and someone took off with them. Victoria Grant-Teasley said she went to Delaney Radiology for a procedure, and decided to take her rings off and place them in her lap to put on lotion.
