The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office said the person who wrote a racist note and put it in a black man’s yard would only face a misdemeanor. Over the weekend, a man reported to deputies that a flayer, written by a KKK group, was thrown into a ditch near his mailbox. "I’m pretty sure this was not meant for my yard," the 70-year-old man said. He did not want to give his name or show his face, to protect his family.
