Wilmington native serves on ship forged from steel from 9/11 wreckage

The 15th anniversary of 9/11 is just weeks away and a Wilmington native is serving on a ship built with steel from the World Trade Center. Petty Officer 2nd Class Amanda Brittingham is a mass communication specialist aboard USS New York.
