City council looks ahead to Tuesday meeting

Rezoning items are on the top of Wilmington city council’s list heading into Tuesday’s meeting. During Monday’s agenda brief, members discussed two matters. One is regarding the rezoning of around an acre of a right-of-way along the 9th and 10th blocks of Chestnut Street.
