Victim’s friend: Walker held gun to man’s head in 2014

The man who shot himself at a local gun range Monday had previous run-ins with law enforcement. Justin Hakeem Walker, who Wilmington Police say killed himself after murdering his fiancee, was accused of pointing a gun at a man’s head in 2014.

Pender Co. residents. businesses may be eligible for SBA assistance
